You realize storm is African, from some fictional african country and Elena is kenyan, I mean if being kenyan doesn't make you black lord what does. Dudley while being british is also black. The rest you're right on though, they went for a more literal interpretation of the word black with those characters, Dhalsim for example is indian, don't know how that qualifies as black.

Storm isn't from a fictional country. She was born in Manhattan but her mother was from Kenya. She and her parents moved to Cairo when she was six months old and grew up there.

Storm is black....and so is Dudley, do your research before you make yourself look dumb, also why do your people get so mad when someone who don't see as black(even if they are) are listed as black? Is it because you don't wanna see people of color come together under one label? You think Dudley and Elena aren't black?? STORM???? While Potemkin could be argued to be something other than black, he surely isn't a white guy! When we're talking fictional universes and countries, it's hard to claim a character is black. It's also hard when you're talking about Japanese video games. A darker skinned character can- at times- just be Asian.
