A fantastic end to an EPIC trilogy-

Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones is both sequel to Warrior Within and The end of the Sands of Time Trilogy.
It combined the unique storytelling and character elements and enviroments that made Sands of Time great with the standout combat of Warrior Within.

The story continues from the secret ending of Warrior Within, in which The Prince and Kaileena are both able to change their fates and kill the Dahaka they then return to Babylon to find the city in flames.
The Princes actions have altered time again and resurrected the Vizer, The Antagonist from the Sands of Time. Catastrophe ensues and the sands of time are re-released and the Prince must set out to set things right and accept the consequences of his meddling with time.

The gameplay is almost standard Prince of Persia fare with the usual additions to the Princes acrobatic skills, The prince is now able to climb on poles and use shutters to leap great distances.  The level design is excellent as it usually is in Prince of Persia.
The game also expands upon the combat of Warrior Within by adding "Speed Kills" This allows the Prince to sneak up on enemies and perform a quick time event, which if pulled off will be an  insta-kill on the enemy.

Another key addition to the game this time round is the Dark Prince.
During the games superb opening chapter, the Prince is Infected by the Sands of Time and periodically becomes The Dark Prince.  The Dark Prince is the evil side to the Princes Character and is voiced particularly well. When you are the Dark Prince you constantly lose health but are capable of destroying enemies with ease to regain health(Similiar to the Sand Wraith segements of the previous game.). You gain access the Daggertail, a unique chain weapon that not only has combat purposes but also allows the Prince to perform even more impressive acrobatic feats using the Daggertail to swing on objects.

The Visuals in the game combine the style and detail from the Warrior Within with the Brilliant settings from Sands of Time.
The soundtrack is thankfully much closer to Sands of Time than Warrior Within was, and is quite good but not on par with Sands of Time.
Much of the excellent storytelling and Character elements from Sands of Time that were lacking in Warrior Within have been restored in Two Thrones. Farah returns to provide excellent banter with the Prince as he goes through his journey of Redemption for himself and for his Kingdom. The Prince himself is voiced by the Original voice actor who definitely brings something to the character.

Two Thrones is a excellent ending to the trilogy and it combines the best of the Previous two installments.

Not a worthy SoT successor, but still good 0

After Warrior Within Two Thrones however was a pleasant supprise. It is still nowhere near as good as Sands of Time, but it actually is a good game on its own. The level design is back to being linear and the map screen is gone. The game actually feels a little to linear at times, since often your path is predetermined by a number of 'jump-spots', leaving little room for exploration, but thats still better then the other end of the spectrum. Unlike Warrior Within it actually features a proper st...
