Giant Bomb friendly user Christopher Locke alerted us to a strange/cool project he's been toiling away on in his garage. The guy is working to preserve our rapidly fading controller heritage in concrete, a medium arguably more durable and long-lasting than plastic. Check out these fossilized NES controllers, Dual Shocks, and Game Boys he's rendered in high-impact construction materials.
I love how the Dual Shock and its cord are still partially buried in the rock. Then again, I never quite got over my childhood fascination with dinosaurs, so your nerdage may vary.
Locke is making each of these individually, so I'm assuming each one is unique. He says an NES Zapper, Atari joystick, and Super NES and Nintendo 64 controllers are next on the agenda.
