I'm not spending days playing Voltorb Flip just to get Giga Impact and the beams. If someone wants to deal, I'm willing to trade shit for the TMs.  Basically name your price, and as long as it's something recurring (so I can replenish stocks) and that doesn't take as long to get as Giga Impact, it's yours. 
 
I'm not specifically condoning hacked games, either, but if someone happened to be willing to trade me these items on the cheap, I wouldn't be too concerned about where they got them. As long as it's legally traded to me, I ain't complainin'.
