    I bought a couple episodes of the Persona 4 anime on my Vita but when i decided to delete em i learned that i wouldn't be able to download that episode again.

    Is this how all video purchases work on PSN? If i pay money for some TV show/Movie which is marked as "Own" i can't download it unlimited times?
