Adventure" ? It was for SNES, Sega Genesis, Sega CD and PC.

It seems to be such an underrated classic, I remember having a spectacular time with it! It was the first game I beat as a child without help from my dad :D.

Anyone remember it? Since it seems everyone's forgotten about it.

I do now. Don't think I got far in it, though.

I remember playing this at my cousins years and years ago and really enjoying it but I didn't get very far as FunExplosions has said.

Anyone else remember this fondly and confirm to me that I should get it when I decided to buy a genesis?

    Yeah, Pitfall was pretty rad.

It was notable for having incredibly smooth animation and well drawn art. Because it was released on every system known to man, the PC and CD versions are superior to the console versions, if I remember correctly.

It was also notable for not playing like a normal platform game, which made it difficult and also made many gamers dislike it.

I remember getting the demo on the PC and playing the first stage over, and over, and over again. I got almost a full-price game's worth of fun out of just trying to complete that first level at 100%
