    @geoffpeterson1: Pretty sure they announced the release date for May a week or two back. Also if you look at the top of the screen it says May 29th, 2014…..just saying

    I can confirm that Mario Kart 8 will have a Rainbow Road. It was confirmed the moment a new Mario Kart was announced.

    I can confirm the game will have a Rainbow Road, some kind of easy Luigi-themed track because Luigi is a little bitch, and multiple new ways to suddenly advance into 1st place at the last moment so that you may rob others of their hard-earned lead.

    I know all this because my uncle works for Nintendo.
