    My plea to you bombers is as follows: Help me find an european preorder site! I'm from Denmark, and that would ofc. be godlike, but I'm not sure where the Extremely limited, and extremely cool edition will be available.

    If I understand correct it looks like the plans for releasing the limited edition SKU of the game have yet to be announced. I would bet that Amazon.co.uk would be a good bet. I preordered mine from the USA Amazon web site because I had game credit with them.
