So there has been a few trailers out now featuring gameplay but this seems like the first time Arc System Works has shown off some of the game's cut scenes. This video below will showcase some gameplay with Instant Kills and also Ky's opening cinematic (At 2:42).

Seems like they might be stepping away from the visual novel format of story telling.

This game looks freaking beautiful. The way they manage to get the models to look so much like the sprites of the past games, and keep the animation looking just right... it's fantastic!

New character that hasn't been officially announced yet? Maybe a new version of Valentine? I'm thinking she will be the final boss in the arcade story for now, until they balance her and make her playable.You can even see what looks like a cinematic super of hers very quickly at 2:28 in the XRD arcade intro.
