I haven't been able to pull an ammunation truck hijack off. I cannot pull out the driver or passenger because the truck's doors are locked, I've tried bombing them, shooting them, I've even blown one up with a baseball bat lol. Anyone knows how this is done?

Keep shoting at the car until the driver steps out. Then you can steal it and drive it to a save spot where you can search for weapons. I only did this ones and only got a assault rifle out of it with one mag. Kinda dissapointing when you can easily do some drug dealing and by all the weapons you want. Not worth the trouble if you ask me.

Be careful though, the driver has a nasty shotgun equipped.

Like Switchit mentioned its not really worth it if you deal some coke and heroin here and there.

I received an RPG, but just the one time.  I can imagine that being pretty devastating early on.

Edit:
For an easy recipe, three shots with the Fully Cocked shotgun will get the rentacop out of his digs.  The trick is not to get a wanted level.  If you tag a cop, it won't take more than a few pistol shots to take the Ammunation mobile from sparking to flaming.  Minimizing stray fire after the driver is out is important.

Suggested Approach:
1.  Pump 3 Fully Cocked shotgun shells into the truck.
2.  Equip Sword.
3.  Home Slice.

Again, if you just keep dealing you can practically buy anything whenever you want. I am LOADED from playing the Drug Trade so much."

I threw a molotov from my car then shot the driver from my car. I wouldn't do it any other way at least while I'm in the beginning.
