Giantbomb Video Buddy issue, Mobile quality getting File not Found error?

I'm able to download any video on Mobile quality prior to Shadow Warrior 2, and then suddenly only Low and higher seems to be able to be downloaded. I have to imagine it has to do with whatever is different with the Shadow Warrior 2 videos onwards. Anyone else notice this? Or find some kind of fix? Thanks.

Also, no problems here in my app. And it would help if you mentioned what version you were running (current version is v2.0.13 on Android), what OS you're using etc.
