Friend found some weird Xbox games, any idea of their origin?

He went to a Play n Trade and got a few Xbox games with Microsoft stickers on them. They say "Microsoft Operations Library - Please sign out." One of them also has a barcode on the back and the name "Cray" written on it. From what I can tell, Cray is a company that makes supercomputers. Otherwise, these appear to be legit retail copies. MIcrosoft Forefront looks like the software security division of the company that's based there... Maybe they had a game library on campus that they liquidated?

This sounds like the start of some sort of creepypasta story, if your friend goes back to the shop and it's mysteriously disappeared then I advise that he should burn the games.

That doesn't say "Cray" it says "C Ray," which I'm assuming is a name. Looks like they were internally owned copies of games that were just never returned and eventually traded in.

Has he tried playing them?

Put them in an Xbox, film what happens, and put it on the internet.

So I should be looking for a wave of C Ray games on Greenlight? Namely C Ray: Source.
