HTML5 Video Player Not Displaying Full HD

Hey there,

For the past month or so, the HTML5 video player hasn't been displaying full HD video when HD is selected from the quality settings. The YouTube versions (and live Twitch streams) work properly but the site player seems to be blurrier than it should be. (I'm on Firefox but the issue still occurs when trying Microsoft Edge, too.)

Was about to post this. Seems like the Progressive player or chosing Auto as the quality works so you can use that until they fix it.

As an aside, the names of the options are a bit misleading at this point. They are both HTML5 but the HTML5 option streams the video in chunks like most online video and Progressive just plays the video by downloading the entire file.
