    When you're escaping the hospital and they something along the lines of "Alma craves you like an anime fan boy craves free pizza at a convention."  It was so completely random and during a somewhat intense portion of the game.  Seriously, that made my day.

    It's alright thought because sometimes Alma's a babe.  You just got to catch her during the right cutscene.
