This is news to me!
I was reading through DiCE's development history on wikipedia when I stumbled upon this little gem:
BioWare lead sound designer Rob Blake said: "We've been chatting to the guys over at DICE who did the Battlefield and the Medal of Honor stuff and we've been doing a lot of knowledge sharing and asset sharing with those guys." But what does this mean for the game? "We're taking on board some of their environmental changes that they've done really well," said Blake.
So, it looks like the extra time that ME3 is getting in the oven is starting to pay off. I think we all love the incredible sound design that DICE has pulled off since BF: BC1 ... so any application to this incredible upcoming title is welcome news to me!

side note: when I first saw that listing on wikipedia, I thought that DICE was somehow hands-on with the multiplayer component, like with Medal of Honor... and I had NO idea what to think about that :)
