I just watched that nintendo event video and I was laughing my ass off when the guy was talking about dead rising
the took out a lot of zombies a lot of weapons and all the side missions and then they made it sound like a good thing lol

you know all that stuff you liked about dead rising, forget it

The press wants to know what's different in the Wii version. The "bad" differences are huge differences. Of course, you're not going to say "Yeah, this sucks. We're missing a lot of stuff".

Making false claims really wouldn't look good because they also still want to make profits from the 360 version. They have to explain the differences to entice customers to buy the game either way, as well as persuade people with both a Wii and 360 to buy both versions.

It dosent seem nearly as good as the X360 version, but if i get a Wii, il get it

Alot of people didn't play Dead Rising for the zombies, but wanted to explore a virtual mall.  The Wii version now gives that to them.
