No, it's the upload process that failed. You'll need to wait until someone at the office, most likely top men, fixes it. It's still early in the americas.
They probably had to have a meeting with some higher ups at CBS about a meeting they were planning for later in the day to discuss the possibility of a meeting about taking a vote on uploading the video.

We're testing out a new production pipeline to get videos and archives up on the site faster. You may have noticed that the archives for live shows sometimes hit less than an hour or so after the stream. We're trying to make it so that happens all the time, but unfortunately computers suck. Sometimes sync is weird, sometimes the audio is too low, sometimes stuff just explodes. Unfortunately, we can't (and don't want to) stop producing videos while we tackle the hiccups, so you guys are seeing it happen live. Our old (and current) process turns around a 2 hour live show in about 6-8 hours, we're trying to trim it down to under an hour. We're trying to do the same thing with Quick Looks so we spend less time processing them and more time filming them. In theory, everything should work! In reality, well, I think we're pretty close.

Wow that's fantastic, man. Hope you get the kinks worked out somehow.
I know I sound like a dick and maybe it's pointless to even ask, but can we stop these threads whenever a QL is not posted at the scheduled time? Clearly it's technical difficulties. Every single time it's technical difficulties. Technology is unreliable sometimes. They didn't forget because they already recorded the footage, and I doubt they want to spend 30-60 minutes for nothing.
I like watching QLs as much as everyone else and sometimes I even look forward to a few, but at least give it a day before you start worrying.

Except for a wibbly-wobbly September, it seems we're on the way to a normal amount of Quick Looks (about 340, by this chart) when the year is over. Maybe minus ten or twenty, but it seems fairly normal. So all in all, h8rz go die!
