    An unlockable weapon for the Medic class in Team Fortress 2. With every hit of a needle at an enemy it saps health at the expense of reduced health regeneration.

    Basic Info

    The Blutsauger is the "side-grade" primary weapon of the Medic in Team Fortress 2. This weapon acts much like the Syringe Gun in almost every way, except for two key elements:

    • For every needle that makes contact with an enemy the Medic will receive a 3 HP.
    • You regenerate 2hp/sec slower than normal

    • Long Range: 5-6
    • Crit: 30
    • Mini-Crit: 14
    • Rate of Fire: 0.10 seconds per syringe
    • Reload: 1.6 seconds

    x1 Class Token - Medic + x1 Slot Token - Primary + x1 Scrap Metal = 1 in 2 chance of getting Crusaders Crossbow or Blutsauger

    Obtain 10 medic achievements (not including Medic Milestone Achievement)

    Can also be Dropped and Purchased in Mann Co. Store
