It's the one with the guy in the red rectangle looking thing and the four lights. I can not figure this one out.

Climb up on the platforms on either side then swing over and hang underneath him. Reel yourself in and just hang there and shoot at the little discs that come at you from the sides. Eventually you'll pull him all the way down to the bottom and when he touches the floor it'll get shocked and pause. At this point, shoot at the driver on the left side. Repeat until he's defeated.
