The second installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise follows the life of Ezio Auditore da Firenze as he seeks revenge on those who betrayed his family.
Edit 2: It would be interesting to know how many people who buy the game legitimately will use the crack just to avoid the hassle if their connection dies. I'm buying the game, but I sometimes replace the original .exe with a crack to speed up the launch of my purchased PC games (most recently STALKER Clear Sky - takes ages to launch and repeatedly checks for the disc when loading save games).
Big surprise. I wonder if those people will ever learn that they're dumbass attempts at "security" and "anti-piracy defenses" are just logs thrown under honest people's legs who pay 60 bones for a game. On the contrary, Zeno Clash's developers' plea about buying their game so they can make a sequel probably worked a single galaxy better.
I buy games on good will. And some podcast or written preview a week or two ago were asking who was actually going to buy the PC version of Assassins Creed II. Well, me! Higher resolution graphics and then all of the DLC comes packed in. Not anymore will I buy this game due to that crap. I am one who takes their computer up north if I go up there all summer to play some games on without an internet connection.
