Oranges Panic is more like it, am I right?!?!!?!Good news, garbage fans! A post on Sony's US-based official blog confirms that Gomi Bako--a downloadable puzzle game we first saw back at Tokyo Game Show last year--is going to get a US release under the name Trash Panic. The game has you dropping pieces into a well, just like any other puzzle game, but the shapes of the objects are all crazy (because they're different pieces of garbage), and it's more about smashing garbage with heavier garbage, setting the trash can on fire, and all sorts of eco-friendly (or ego-friendly, if that's your thing) mayhem.
The game will have built-in YouTube support for replay uploads, local multiplayer, online leaderboards, and oranges. Lots of oranges. No release info yet, but this one can't come soon enough. We were all way into it when we saw it last year.
