Friday Morning Reading: Dean Takahashi on Xbox 360 Red Rings

While the topic has been beat to death over the last couple of years, Dean's piece definitely brings some new insight to the story, and also serves as a great primer for anyone wondering how, exactly, Microsoft has let this issue get so huge.
