Batman: Arkham Asylum Has Been Delayed

UPDATE! Eidos and Warner have issued the following statement, confirming the game's delay:
Eidos Interactive and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment can today confirm that Batman: Arkham Asylum will be released at the end of summer 2009. This additional time will allow us to ensure Batman: Arkham Asylum is of the highest quality for gamers.

(original story follows)

Game Informer ran a story last night claiming that it heard that Batman: Arkham Asylum is getting pushed to Q4 of this year, which is quite a bit later than the June 23 date that Eidos had been promoting. Currently, the game's official site just says "summer."

Here's a quote from the GI story that looks pretty telling to me:
When contacted on whether or not the date was moving, neither Eidos Interactive nor Warner Bros. were willing to comment on the possibility of a delay. When asked if the June 23 release date was still valid, a Warner Bros. representative said, “Sorry - no comment.”
You know, if you can't comment on your already announced release date, you've probably either got an internal communication problem or an impending delay that you haven't announced yet.
