As I mentioned in my last thread, I've been streaming a play through of WotC and I THINK I hit the end game tonight. I have a few questions before I jump in, and I thought I'd turn here because I don't want to know too much about mission details or swerves the game throws at you but wanted to make smart decisions before being locked into anything.

Situation: I received a transmission from Shadowy Council dude about Advent accelerating their Avatar project, a major address happening imminently, and gave us the coordinates for a radio tower. (If this is too spoilery for some, I can block it.) I got a pop up about research and engineering projects being stopped after this.

Questions: If I go on this mission, will I have an opportunity to do ANYTHING else afterwards? This mission gives the option spend intel for some one mission buffs. I can afford all, but just barely. Should I pick up some more so I have intel to spend like this on a subsequent mission, or is this a one-time deal? When I send my squad on this mission, is that it? Meaning is this THE squad for everything that comes after?
