Digital Extremes teased several new content coming to Warframe. Among those is a sneak peeks of new game mode coming to Warframe call Lunaro. The developers further elaborated to say that Lunaro is non-combative, but rather a new competitive sports game mode citing Rocket League as one of their inspirations. The game mode is still development stages and no date was given as to when to expect it be released.

The developers expressed that this mode was created as a means to provide players with an additional / alternative way to engage in Warframe's competitive aspect and earn conclave score (xp points earned exclusively by playing PVP content). For players who dislike the PVP mode in Warframe it will be alternative way to earn conclave rewards.

Warframe is so good and the new frame looks cool. I hope the new mode is better is good.

So this came out today. Looks pretty fun. Competitive gameplay starts at the nine minute mark. Should be coming to consoles in the next update.

I especially like how you can only hold the ball for about five seconds at a time, which should encourage a lot of passing and goal attempts.
