I like how the shotgun uses AK-47 cartridges ( 7.62x39mm )... Gotta love me some Crackdown 2

...I'm in. Actually, I was already in before this video, but being able to swap ammo between a rifle and shotgun? Hell yeah. :P
 
But honestly, I can't wait. The footage Brad got was great.

Crackdown 2 seems to be unable to decide on what it is. First, we have the serious animated comic videos and now we have this goofy 1950s style public service announcement.

That would be because  the "Video Copilot Action Essentials 2" stock footage library that they've used only has 50cal and 8mm shells (they have used  "8mm_03.mov" in this instance.)
 
You see. That's why it never pays to watch some of these videos too closely. It spoils the magic.

Okay, this is better. Kinda funny . mind you i want Crackdown to succeed, I liked the first one so much. Even if some of that artwork there has a real rough semblance to  Infamous. Rough, I said.

I think the fact that so many people have noticed it shows its a pretty obvious mistake. I know I wasn't paying close attention and still noticed it. Guess they didn't care enough to fix it, which kinda makes me worried.

When I saw the gameplay it reminded me loads of Prototype. It doesn't look too different, and I had enough of that game. I'll wait for the reviews though, but I doubt I'll be getting the game anyways.

I wouldn't over-think the ammo mistake too much. It is just supposed to be funny. This isn't realism. This is large cybernetic men that can jump buildings and punch cars 40 feet in the air. Also, this game is nothing like Prototype (actually fun and not butt ugly). This isn't a game that is to be taken so seriously.
