    So I've been playing a lot of Tokyo Jungle and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get from the Shibuya Woods to any of the more northern areas (Yoyogi Park I think...?). Anybody know how to get up there?

    Keep going north west, you'll eventually find an exit that goes up.

    The north exit takes you to the train areas, from there you can head West and around to the park. I wanted to edit my post to make it more clear but see no way to on the iPad.
