So I guess we can expect it sometime in early/mid 2014, maybe for the next gen. Hope dies last! I've been excited ever since this game was announced, and while waiting more than a year is pretty hard, at least the game isn't dead.

All my hopes and prayers got to Last Guardian, FF14 (PS3 release) and FF Versus 13, may we one day hold them in our hands.

What if after all this time the game turns out to be really bad? I've seen all the trailers and I still don't 100% know what kind of a game it is.

Someone needs to write a book in 10 years time. I am not convinced a "game" actually ever existed. Not in a playable form anyway.

I'm all aboard the irrational hope train for the release of this game! I still have it preordered through amazon! I fear the day when amazon sends me an email telling me it's cancelling my preorder.

I am unconvinced about the quality of this game after it's troubled development, so I can't really bring myself to get excited for it. I do kind of have a feeling that this year is the year we hear more information about it though. You get five stars for enthusiasm though Morrow.

Of all of the too long in development games, to me, this one is the most likely to get moved to next gen.

Well I don't plan to buy one of the next gen consoles right away, so that would kinda suck... but better this than cancelled though.

I do believe the Last Guardian will be released but I think it will be more along the lines of the I Am Alive situation. Development hell for years, and then put out as a downloadable.
