    The Halls are a psychopathic family in Dead Rising. They are Roger (Father), Jack, and Thomas (Sons). They appear in the mission Mark of the Sniper in the Entrance Plaza. Obviously, their weapons of choice are sniper rifles. They have a very important captive in their possession that Frank would be wise to rescue.
