Toad is more of a thing to me. I never really had an opinion of Toad(s) beyond how his more recent voice that was featured in those later Mario Party games is awful. So if this was based upon if I think his old man gravelly voice that is not nearly as good as his voice in Mario Party 1 is cute, then the answer is no.

Nope. Toad is the worst. I find his unrelenting positivity disingenuous and annoying. Definitely my least favorite Mario character. The only redeeming quality of Toad is that he was part of Drew's amazing "No Russian" joke in one of the Mario Parties.

I feel pretty neutral about Toad. He's very mildly annoying, not that impressive as a character, and his jump was terrible in Mario 2, but he's also harmless and cheerful.

Toads are strong fast warriors who would dominate on the battlefield if only they could traverse it well but they aren't built for jumping. Toad's not cute.
