Alex can rip his shirt open like a man, and does a headbutt to his victims, if you ask me Alex can beat the crap out of Guile, hell even Alex Navarro can beat Guile in a fight.
That's not a "High Top", it flairs out at the ends at a a acute angle. Anyway, I am not going to argue about hair, Guile has far more other traits that make him more bad ass, most notably his moves.
Alex has a strong Brookln accent and to me thats bad ass, Guile sounds like a meat-head and Alex moveset such as: the choke hold,the powerbomb, and swing DDT, ect, is much more fun and bad ass than Guile, and Guile's hair looks like a High Top.

The Mario bros have Italyian accent, not brooklyn accent.
