So yesterday I downloaded this game off of steam and the menus work, but whenever i go into actual gameplay, the game closes. Help?

I had a TON of problems trying to get this to work, I had the same problem with gameplay crashes. I can't remember what excatly it was that fixed it, I know this helped: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-914670.html

However, now that I having it working it's totally fine, so it's a very fixable problem you just have to keep search for solutions. Good Luck.
