Still April 1st in Japan, Shoryuken.com have found that the latest Famitsu has an article on Capcom vs. SNK 3. ( http://www.shoryuken.com/content.php?r=510) While I'm not holding my hopes up until more info is released, I do remember that the original Capcom vs SNK was also announced on a particular April 1st week. So what about everyone else, get hype?
 

I'm not going to get my hopes up for another week, but if its true than I am a happy guy.

God I fucking hope so. CvsS2 is one of my all-time favourite fighting games, and I'd love to see a third game. Obviously the timing is very dubious, but if it's true that that a Vs game has been announced on April 1st before, then I'd say it's pretty damn hard to tell.

If I remember correctly, I saw the first Capcom vs. SNK announcement in an April issue of EGM. And we all know how notorious EGM is with their April Fools Day humor.

I seen that on Event Hubs earlier.  I would be awesome if they made a new one though.

I'd prefer to see a new Capcom v SNK in the style of King Of Fighters XII. Those hi-res sprites look really good. I'd be interested to see what the Street Fighters look like in that style. "

The image is indeed photoshop'd with Tatsunoko vs Capcom and King of Fighters XII art. The day of fools will continue haunt the Capcom vs SNK legacy.
