So glad I'm not the only one who immediately thought of Future Cop LAPD. That game was great fun, and now I'm super interested in this game.

This game makes me want a new HD MechAssault so bad. If Microsoft ever revived it for Xbone I would finally have a reason to buy the console

Ohhhh man, that soundtrack. That gameplay... I've wanted a new Strike game forever. Keeping my eye on this.

This year I've gotten used to knowing if I will hate a game just by looking at 5 seconds of video. Makes things a lot easier.

I found this game kinda bland.

The .50 cal will be used until we have come up with a more efficient means of killing people and vehicles. It is simple and very reliable. Plus it is really fun to shoot.

I'm putting a lot of hope into the mechs being awesome for that game.

Man, this reminds me of Future Cop LAPD and the first thing to come to mind about that game is that the versus mode had a giant insects faction in stead of mechs/planes/etc, it was amazing.

Game looks and sounds neat but I'm over early access. I'll just wait a year and check up on games again to see if they're done

In regards to your hypothetical 1 vs 100 tank armor battle I think both extremes are failures. Austin, you hit on the most obvious limitation about 1 tank (in addition it could be stuck in terrain, being transported, down for maintenance, repair, refueling, reloading, etc). The Super Tank is what the Germans tried to go with. The other extreme is what ended up happening to Japanese Zeroes (which exacerbated the manpower disparity of America having a much larger pool of pilots to eventually draw from), too easy to one hit kill.

Of course all that's easy to say when the Allies had the cheat code of logistics and ended up having 1000 armor points to divvy up.

And you would have to do it in the same kind of awe inspired but soft voice that the princess did in gundum unicorn that made everyone crack up when we watched the first episode.

Perfect that you brought up thief. We love Michael Mann, and personally I'm a big fan of Tangerine Dream and Jan Hammer. Graham's Theme and Crockett's Theme respectively are both awesome tracks, as is the Thief OST.

Working through my quick look backlog and this game looks pretty freaking awesome.

Is this coming to ps4?
