The limited sound and music for that first game (fighting game), made me think of Prince of Persia. (original games, not the 3d ones from the xbox/360/PS2/3 years).

@lyndbako: Software emulators have the advantage of being around much longer than FPGA based emulation, much more mature. FPGA emulation has the potential to be much more accurate than software, given development time and effort.

Evil Otto the scariest thing in 80's video games? He certainly is scary but I think Sinistar would disagree with your assessment.

Did anyone see if Jeff was using that 8BitDo M30 controller? I’ve been thinking of buying the Bluetooth version, to mainly play on my Switch, but I’d also plan to use it (wired) on my PC and RetroPie.

Is it because that's also the boss theme from Parasol Stars? That's why it sometimes gets stuck in my head.

Mappy seemed to suffer from the same "now what do we do?" syndrome that PacMan fell prey too.
