I don't know about fish on a pizza, but in some parts of CT, clams on a pizza is a definitely a thing. I believe it is even the type of pizza to order at some places.

I've tried it and I like it. But it's not my favorite. It's worth trying if you like clams.

Tuna and cheese can be a great combo. I once made a tuna and cheese pasty, and it was unexpectedly delicious.

e: @brad - There's a Coov adapter that lets you use PS3/PS4/360/Xbox One controllers on the switch. I've got one of the wired ones and it seems to work OK.

@Jeff I don't know how to message you but you can use ALL items in the training room and none will be consumed. Anything you do in the training room doesn't affect inventory outside. Check it out! This is the first MH I've gotten' into too.

@subliminalkitteh: yah fish is much more “normal” than pineapple, sure, gimme some of that smelly fish on my delicious pizza please. Why not throw some clams in there for posterity while we’re all acting like totally normal human beings here, and hey smear it with marmite too, go full normal.

@humanity: I know in modern times this is neither here nor there but the original topping for pizzas would be fish. Not my thing as I've only had anchovies once and it was as expected, pretty salty but I can see why other people might like it. People tend to like salty foods when drinking(or vice versa).

Why does west coast alwayse have such issues with audio normalization?

I really want to hear about Kingdom Come: Deliverance...but I have a feeling this game won't be touched by anyone on the site but maybe Vinny for about one hour.

Everything sounds fine to me (using Giant Bomb Player on Win 10). If you're having issues, more details would help the engineers track down the issue rather than just saying "your audio sucks!"

Don't recall saying "your audio sucks!", so I don't think you understand how quotes work. Audio normalization refers to a commonly accepted volume level, so when you go from one video to the next you aren't all of a sudden present with blaring audio. For instance the first ad at the beginning is very soft, play that then goto YouTube and listen to pretty much any video without adjust the volume and listen to the difference.

They weren't saying that you said it literally, they meant that explaining your issue in more detail (like you did in your second comment) goes a much longer way than just making a general remark.

I said the issue was "audio normalization" in my fist post, which explains the issue and is far from "your audio sucks!". If people don't know what that means, why not ask or look it up instead of leaving snarky comments.

I'm glad Ben is back, but I really wish this podcast incorporated corrections too.

Everyone's guilty of it, but Ben in particular seems to have a tendency of spouting occasional misinformation, and it's never addressed again. I can't find anything saying that Sakurai's wife left him because of his work, in fact when he mentions Sakurai "even worked on the menus", that was in fact Sakurai's wife's work. Michiko Sakurai is a graphic/UI designer who left HAL with Sakurai, co-founded Sora with him, and designed the menus for Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl. They even married after Brawl I believe.

When I was in Germany, there was a street vendor who sold slices of pizza. One of their normal toppings was tuna. It looked more like ground beef the way it was cooked.

Jeff is a human podcast name generator. I didn't even have to listen to this to know he was the impetus for it.

Tuna pizza is very common in Belgium. So is döner kebab pizza, pizza with chicken and pineapple, pizza with prawns, salmon pizza, and many other fantastic concoctions. I think we are not far behind Japan when it comes to pizza craziness. We don't put mayo on our pizza though.

Anyone know what they were taking about when Brad and Jeff said there's a part of far cry 3 where the story could have taken an interesting ten but didn't? Cannot think what it was

To the Australian who wrote in about fast-food to check out in the States: as an Australian who has sampled much of America's fast-food options, I can say you can safely avoid any of the major franchises that are also in Australia. They're not different enough to worry about for the most part, except in the case of McDonald's, which is significantly worse in the US. In terms of chains you can't find in Australia, I would say the good ones to look for are In-N-Out, Shake Shack, Chick-fil-A, and Five Guys. The not-as-good-but-still-worth-trying-once options are Chipotle, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Arby's, Jack in the Box. Wouldn't really bother with anything beyond that (from what you'd find in LA and Vegas, at least).

I think the problem is rather that some US Americans seem to be Pizza snobs. Afaik Pizza con il tonno is a very real thing in Italy. I also don't get the hate for corn on pizza, for me it that's a staple on any "Western Style" (Pepperoni, ham, onions, kidney beans, corn, maybe mushrooms) pizza.

My favorite seafood pizza is probably shrimps+gorgonzola+garlic, but a tonno one, with fresh tuna filets, is also really really good.

Pizza Hawaii (Ham, pineapple) is very popular in Germany because it's like a pizza version of the popular Toast Hawaii

Funfact: The only pizza with weird sauces on it I've eaten so far was from a US American pizza joint near a US military base in Germany. Most of their pizzas had like two different sauces on them (like ranch and barbecue) in addition to the tomato sauce, still very tasty. Tho I don't feel like US Americans are in any position to complain about "weird sauces on pizza", they just have a weird aversion to mayo.

I was so confused during that fast food email. Does the crew not realize that McDonald's is in Australia? They kept going on and on about it. How would you not know this? There's always the aspect of trying McD's in a different county, but they were speaking about it as if the emailers would've never had it. Also I doubt Australia McD's to US McD's is much different at all, compared to the differences in other countries.

I would also be interested - epsecially them experiencing multiple patches of 10-20 GB worth each
