Premium Post: Bombcast time

PREMIUM PODCAST! Weird.

How does one go about subscribing to the RSS? Do premium members get passwords or something?

Sorry, I am a new subscriber that just found out about premium podcasts. What is the difference between premium bombcasts and non-subscriber bombcast?

I didn't even know there was a separate version without ads, lol!

It's just ad-free when they have ads.

But the adds are mostly just extra Bombcast guys being Bombcast guys, so it's kind of worth hearing that version?

OH! So glad I can both hob and knob (in that order) here in the premium podcast section. I can't stand the smell of those peasants and their ads, you know.

@loktarogar: That's kinda how I feel, too. Also, being from Australia, the ads have a certain novelty factor to them, given they are for very non-Autralian-Anglocentric companies.

In the same way, I enjoy watching the Hulu and Netflix ads.

Ups and downs for me with this. They get ad revenue from non-subscribers but at the same time I can't get the premium version pulled up on PocketCasts.

She needs premium!

They ads are great. They should offer an "ad only" version of the bombcast

Wait, hang on. I didn't even realise that thing at the start was an ad this time. I thought it was just pre-podcast banter. Shows how much I know.

@wonderva: The Giantbomb crew has started inserting ads into the regular podcast (which they voice themselves) for various services. I still listen to the normal one because the ads are usually pretty funny.
