$15000 for a couple of days work seems like more than a fair wage. The suits at the top shouldn't be getting all of the money, but should voice talent be getting $100,000 for a day or two? Isn't the real issue that there's a real inequality of earnings between the suits at the top, the voice talent, and then sitting at the bottom of the heap, the devs? Feels like that should be evened out, rather than jacking up voice talent pay to obscene amounts.

Those developer wages are supremely fucked. This is extremely crass exploitation and I hope things change dramatically for the better.

$15k is 3.75x more than what was said. Needing to lie to make a point will always screw over the point you are trying to make since now you have to fight an additional battle and you open yourself up to narratives you could have easily avoided at the start.
