E3 2010: Summer of Arcade Tour

Limbo and Linger in Shadows look a bit similar as far as the art style, which speaks well for it being a XBox Live Arcade game.

Looks good, but what I'm really looking forward to is Monkey Island 2 on the 7th!

I'm all over Castlevania and Limbo.

I hope that that Castlevania game gets released on PSN a few months down the road.  I've been obsessively playing all of those games since circle of the moon on the GBA and when I finally got to play Symphony of the Night last year it became one of my favourite Castlevania games easily.

Hydro Thunder is the only definite buy for me so far.  Castlevania probably as well, but I need to learn more about it first.
 
The other three all look promising, though, so it could be the best Summer of Arcade yet.

Man, I wish I had a 360 for the Castlevania game.

Pretty much everything on there has me stoked to some degree, awesome!

Captain Smiley, Monkey Island 2, Hyrdophobia and Puzzle Quest 2 are all coming out around the same time too.  Odd that none of them made it onto the Summer of Arcade, as I'm looking forward to those titles a lot more.

More interested in Limbo than I thought I'd be.  Just going to the Summer of Arcade page and seeing the title, I thought it'd be about Limbo as in trying to get under the horizontal pole, and how much of a game can you make out of that?  But it all looks interesting.  I'll at least try out the demoes and attempt to remain employed to purchase one or two.

Actually surprised at the depth of Monday Night Combat, will definitely give it a go.

Looks pretty solid. Hopefully the Castlevania is good, but I doubt that they'll mess it up.

Oh man, all those looked pretty interesting. The one that really slapped me to attention was Hydro Thunder, I keep forgetting that that's coming out. I played that game to death in arcades.

Brad is great at inteviews. He should newer play games, he should just inteview them.

Tomb Raider meets Diablo? Colour me intrigued.

Hydro Thunder, Monday Night Combat and Castlevania will all be day one purchases for me. But Limbo and the new Tomb Raider look snazzy as well. Who am I kidding? I'll buy all of them.

Finished Dawn of Sorrow, great game. Haven't cared as much for the more recent ones. "
