i played this whole game NOT ONCE thinking to use the strawby orb as a mobile sauce bait. i feel dumber than a box fulla boxes

Fwiw my toddler (turns 3 in August) has been absolutely loving watching my wife play Bugsnax since it came to the Series X. The body horror element doesn’t seem to faze her in the slightest, and it just looks like silly things happening as a result. Writing this all but guarantees this is building up to a spontaneous sleep-shattering nightmare sometime in the next week.

(We’ve also warned her the ending gets “a little scary”, but I think she’s too young to understand the concepts behind the real horror. We might play the final portion without her just to stay safe; the song is on YouTube anyway.)

This is one of those rare games that I absolutely loved to 100% complete and platinum. Also, the soundtrack is an absolute bunger. Looking forward to more Bugsnax!
