Short demo (about 30mins at most) still good to see the game running. Looking forward to the full release.

Is this where you can get the Ash-Greninja that you can transfer over to the main game???

@snail: Yes. I believe so (like in the Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby Demo to obtain Mega Steelix and Mega Glalie).

... Damn, I wish I could get the wifi on my 3DS to work here at Uni 'cause I'm certainly not downloading a whole demo by tethering to my phone. Guess I just have to wait and remember to get it next time I'm home.

Word on Reddit is it's out in the States now after a slight delay.

Same kind of demo they had for ORAS (omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire). Limited gameplay but reason to play multiple times/revisit to earn extra rewards for the main game when it's released. As a long time fan I find the changes made to the core gameplay system fantastic. For newer less experienced players, the addition of the move effectiveness/battle stat changes is a huge quality of life upgrade. The character animations and the less chibi design give the game a way better look and feel. The subtraction of the grid based movement is a bit jarring for a long term player, but seems like a more modernized version of what we had in XY/ORAS. I also praise the devs for removing what seem to be most if not all the HMs, in favor for the new ride pager. All in all I think this could be one of the best in the series, coming from an existing fan that probably means very little, but with that said I can't help but feel like this is a step in the right direction.

@justkamtoo: You missed the best part about Team Skull. They are into OPP(Other People's Pokemon).
