Will v1.0 launch with new cosmetic loot boxes?

I ask because I'm holding onto a Gamescom crate to sell and I imagine a new lootbox with new loot will become the sought-after thing, causing gamescom crate values to drop.

I'm tempted to sell right before the winter sale as box prices dropped during the last sale as people use their money for new games.

Also, I'm not doing this for the money, it's just become a game within a game for me. I want to make the most of my stupid loot box that I got in game and will never open myself.
