Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days makes a notable switch of the titular duo, with James Lynch now taking up the role as lead protagonist over Kane. However the two are still once again forced to endure a hail of gunfire as they find themselves embroiled in Shanghai's criminal underworld.
@Jim_uk: I couldn't disagree more. I find the game very intense w/movie-like mature content, a very fresh presentation style, and unlike pretty much any game on the 360. I've only played about an hour and a half also so far, but I really can see the campaign getting several plays, especially on higher diffs and w/friends in co-op. The odd thing about the Eurogamer review is that the previewer did not review the game. WTF? I hate that. The preview was really well written and highlighted the strong points and had pertinent and legit questions and doubts about the final product. Why does Eurogamer do this? The review is also so laced with immediate disgust it seems very biased against the game. 4/10 is just not right period. Jeff's review was much more balanced even w/the strong criticisms he pointed out. Also, why does the IGN review claim 7 hrs for the campaign? Maybe they played on one of the higher diffs which will require more patience and diligence to get through...dunno. The demos sweet spot was definitely on hard imo.
EDIT: The game has been patched already. Update upon loading, but I can't say the problem Jeff showed has been addressed but I saw no such thing yet. Hopefully they got that squared already.
