Last year I played the game for about 9 hours. I took a long break and started back up. All of my characters are almost 30 except for Aya, who is level 8. She's been in my party as often as possible and her experience needed to level never goes down.
Is it my memory that's bad or is this some sort of bug? Did Aya have some curse set upon her early in the game that doesn't allow her to surpass level 8? It sounds silly but hey, never know. Anyone else have this happen?
