I like small talk when I'm in a talking mood. Sometimes small talk aggravates me when I'm in a mood where I don't feel like speaking.

Yes, I actually like talking to random people. Much more than people I interact with on a daily basis. Maybe it's because I can say whatever the hell I want and get away with it.

I always keep thinking: Just shut the fuck up, get me to my destination and I'll pay you. 
But airplane small talk is the worst because it lasts for fucking hours.

I hate small talk because it always feels like I'm talking with someone that I don't really know or care about and they feel the same towards me, and all we're doing is forcing conversation on a broad, boring topic to keep things from being an awkward silence.  I always have something interesting to talk about with my true friends.
