Jason good will thread

On the most recent Bombcast, Jason revealed he had to get some surgery recently, so I felt like we should start a thread wishing him a speedy recovery and show some love.

So hey, Jason, we love you and hope you are recovering well.

Loosing that toe sucks. I hope it doesn't throw off your balance much, or that relearning is a thing, or that beyond loosing it, it doesn't affect your balance or gait much.

Always a fan of Jason. Between GameInformer, Giant Bomb, charity streams with his family, and that nightmare Ride to Hell playthrough, I've spent a lot of time watching his stuff over the last decade or so. Stay safe, Jason. Have fun. Thanks for all that you do.

From a type 1 diabetic with neuropathy issues myself, I hope Jason is adjusting well.

I remember hearing Jason mention how hard it was to play certain fighting games due to nerve damage/pain a while ago, and it reminded me so much of losing capability to play truly complex music with my left hand for the same reason. I know diabetes isn't taboo at all, but it's nice to see other people coping/dealing with physical disabilities and still...finding joy in all ways. It's very cool.

i'd been wondering where jason was. i was thinking it just had to do with the move but damn thats horrible. i hope he heals up as well as he can quickly and tries to manage his health a bit safer :(

Goodness, I hope he has a good recovery. Get plenty of rest and hopefully we'll see him back soon.

Also type 1 diabetic, and had eye surgery last week. Can't help but feel I'm following in Jason's path. Wish you all the best and I know how crap all this is. Also know how used to hospitals you must be.

Jason's great, and it's a bummer to hear that his health has been giving him trouble over the years. Hopefully he's feeling ok and doing ok now, but at the very least it's great to see him back.

Between the way he talks about his family and how he treats people at work, Jason seems like a legit Great person. Wishing him the best going forward.

He's an awesome fucking dude, and obviously these circumstances suck, but so much love for the guy.

Sorry to learn that Jason is ailing. Obviously hope that he gets through this as well as possible and doesn't have future complications. Fortunately most studies show that people's happiness rebounds well after events like this, and it probably won't have a huge long term effect on him. He seems like a relatively happy guy with a wonderful family from what he's shared, so I'm betting that he will be fine. Still sucks that he has to go through it.

At the beginning of the lock down when he was streaming you could tell he was going through rough spots health wise with his eye and all. Hopefully he get better. Hes a good duder

One of my in-laws is one of the longest surviving people with type 1 diabetes in North America, and it always amazes me the patience, discipline, resilience, and grit that needs to be possessed by those with type 1 diabetes. All the best to you Jason.

Jason's one of those people that never fail to bring a smile to my face whenever someone brings them up. He just seems like such a genuinely nice person through and through, so it really sucks to hear that he's having a hard time.

Hey. I see y'all. Thank you for the well wishes...it gives me power. I got this though. It's funny how chopping off a big toe can instantly make you feel better.
