Is possible to get your game aproved within the same day of submision?

my game will be streamed today by some streamers but they need tho have the game on twitch to not getting a warn

does someone knows how long is the waiting time here?

It's really just a matter of when someone has time to look at them. If you're really in a rush, you can try contacting a mod at this link https://www.giantbomb.com/pm/compose-mods/.

Be aware that even if a game is added to the wiki today it doesn't mean that it will get added to twitch the same day, Twitch says it can take up to 24h for them to add a game from the wiki.
