How do I contact someone about an order from the GB Store?

I ordered a hoodie back in december but I haven't heard anything since. I sent an email to sales@giantbomb.com last week but have not gotten a response yet. On the store page itself I can't find any contact info, mostly because the About Us page isn't working. Anyone any ideas?
