Gaming Must-Haves for the Year

Finishing up the year is going to be great, and doing so means many great games coming out that I must have! So here's the list. Throw in your own 'must haves'. Maybe I'm forgetting a game or two:

Mafia II: I loved the first one. This is probably what my wife will get me for my birthday.

Dead Rising 2: Again. loved the first one but this one just seems to add so much more to what I loved in the first one.

Gran Turismo 5: Best racing game returns. Finally!

Fable III: 'Nuff said.

*Already got StarCraft II (pre-buy) so I'm not mentioning that one.

I'm looking forward to Mafia II the most since I've played the original and can confidently say it's the best sandbox game I've ever played.

Two Worlds 2 is the only one that really has me pumped.  I hope it doesn't suck.

Mafia II looks good. Gran Turismo 5. I've still got Red Dead Redemption and Batman Arkham Asylum in sight so between those four games I should be good for the rest of the year.

This year's all about XBLA for me. So much stuff coming out before in the next few months (Comic Jumper, Tomb Raider sorry 'Lara Croft and the blah blah of blah', Shank, Hydro Thunder, Limbo, Castlevania, Scot Pilgrim, Dead Space ignition) Christ. 
 
As for disc based stuff Just Guitar Hero, Portal 2, and a couple of others (although I rent a lot so play most disc games that way).

Vanquish, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Fable III and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
 
I'm also very interested in Fallout: New Vegas, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Donkey Kong Country Returns, but those aren't must-haves.
