Dark Souls 3 save didn't work from ps4 to ps5

Hello,

I just got a ps5, transferred all data from ps4 to ps5 through console transfer. seems like everything got transferred across but not Dark Souls 3. it has registered the hours played, but has an old save

I have since sold the ps4.

Am i screwed? lost forever in the eternal void?

Check your PSN cloud saves to see if there's a more recent one (press options on the DS3 icon on the PS5's dashboard and there should be an "upload/download saved data" option). If it's not there your save is unfortunately lost most likely. On the bright side, it's an excuse to replay DS3!
